The
Plant Prefab
LivingHome 5 Series
is a prefab modular
primary home
featuring
2090
sqft
of space.
Ideal for first-time homebuyers, empty-nesters, or anyone who appreciates well-designed spaces, the LivingHome 5 offers compact comfort and ample indoor-outdoor living in your choice of two floor plans and roof variations. Bedrooms feature high clerestory windows ensuring maximum privacy, while large windows in the open living area allow natural daylight to stream through the home. One floor plan features a glassed-in courtyard with interior garden, providing a serene separation between sleeping quarters and shared spaces. The spacious living and dining room opens up to the large, inviting back deck that’s perfect for entertaining. The other floor plan offers a front porch, lending a hint of southern hospitality. This variation was designed for the Make It Right Foundation, when we helped rebuild New Orleans’ Lower Ninth Ward following Hurricane Katrina. As such, it can be installed on piers or at grade, and features additional decking along the side of the home for even more outdoor living space. Like every LivingHome, the LivingHome 5 is designed to meet net-zero standards and ships complete with best-in-class smart home technology and energy monitoring.
