This 24’ long home features a unique design allowing for an approx 7’x 8’ lower level bedroom/flex, wonderful for all sorts of uses. This fantastic floor plan features a side entry leading into an open living space, from the extended kitchen counter is a convenient snack bar. The galley kitchen features an plenty of space for an optional oven or just keep the standard 2 burner glass cooktop, a standard apartment sized stainless steel refrigerator is placed on one side with the stainless steel sink on the other for an excellent cooking workspace. To the right of the entry is the full-sized bathroom featuring a 48” 2 seat shower, full-sized sink with base cabinet, a 4 door linen cabinet, and a residential toilet. With over 11’ of main loft space, this home offers one of our largest sleeping lofts, and the secondary loft is just the right size for a sitting area or even a single bed sleeping area or whatever might meet your specific needs. This is a perfect family floorplan or great for those that just need that extra main floor room.

Tiny Pacific Houses recognizes that it’s not about what you do, it’s why you do it.
With that motto in mind we originally set out with the goal to help the homeless crisis by constructing Tiny House Villages where we could provide the stability needed to get some of Hawaii’s own back on their feet.
Since then, our goal has grown into much more. We strive to shape the Tiny House Movement in Hawai‘i and prove that Tiny Houses can provide affordable housing and ‘Ohana units to all of Hawai‘i.
Currently our units are classified as RVs and are built by the North West’s Premier Tiny House builder – Tiny Mountain Houses. We offer 25 different models that are built to order with customizable options.
