Made up of two generations of builders, we are a family-owned and operated business who, after 30 years of servicing the Northern California community, have decided to have a positive impact on the earth and the lives of those we serve by building custom tiny homes to help people be financially free, enjoy the simple things, and live more life!

Scott and Lynette, “the parents” as we call them, have owned many successful businesses in the construction industry ranging from shed manufacturing to custom garages to custom homes, and are now applying their quality craftsmanship and superior service to tiny houses.
