Our premier model, the Paniola, reflects a careful approach to detailed craftsmanship. Its finishes of Sapele wood custom cabinetry, bamboo flooring, and granite-like countertops lend a fine touch to this Habitat. The fully-insulated Paniola’s functional versatility and comfort catch the eye. Bursts of sunlight through large windows warm the interior, which features a comfortable dining area, nice-sized kitchen, and office—and a cozy, windowed sleeping loft above the kitchen. In keeping with our dedication to self-sustainable living, the Paniola uses solar photovoltaic energy and includes a handcrafted water catchment tank. It's equipped with a refrigerator, double-burner propane stove, and on-demand hot water heater. Its dimensions are 16 x 9 x 14 ft.; the price ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on custom finishes.
