We believe that everyone deserves to live in a healthy home and that our homes should be healthy for our planet.  To do this, NODE is aiming at closing the affordability vs sustainability gap.

NODE is passionate about sustainability and justice. We won’t stop until everyone has a healthy home, until everyone who wants one has a NODE.

To close the affordability gap and to bring down house related carbon emissions, NODE will make sustainable building faster and cheaper. That’s no short order for a deeply entrenched industry.

NODE has expertise in design, construction, development, clean energy, manufacturing and aerospace. Our team and partners are working to create a new way to put homes together. We call it The Kit. Of course, we have to meet all building codes and our sustainability metrics - and on top of that, bring the cost of construction down.  Want to play with us?

Lofty goals are all well and good, but need execution. We’re prototyping our kit on site and looking for developers to partner with to create repeating designs. This will allow us manufacturing efficiency to bring the cost down. After we bring the cost down, we’ll bring it to home owners and land owners directly.
